Privacy Policy

Effective: March 31, 2026

1. Introduction

LogoMint ("we," "us," or "our") operates the LogoMint platform, which provides AI-powered logo generation, brand kits, business cards, social media assets, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services. By accessing or using LogoMint, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and a securely hashed version of your password. If you sign in through a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive basic profile information from that provider.

2.2 Content You Create

We store the content you generate and upload through our platform, including logos, brand kits, business descriptions, and other brand assets. This content is associated with your account so you can access it at any time.

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, browser type, device information, and IP address. This data helps us understand how our service is used and how to improve it.

2.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. We may receive and store limited transaction information from Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card, billing address, and transaction history, for record-keeping and support purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Provide and operate the service: To create your account, generate logos and brand assets, and deliver the features you request.
  • Improve the service: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and develop new features that better serve your needs.
  • Transactional communications: To send you receipts, account notifications, support confirmations, and other service-related messages.
  • Analytics and insights: To understand aggregate usage trends and improve the overall user experience.
  • Security and fraud prevention: To detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized access or misuse of our platform.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party service providers to operate our platform. Each provider has access only to the information necessary to perform its specific function:

  • Supabase — Database hosting and user authentication. Stores your account data and generated content.
  • Replicate — Image generation processing. Receives text prompts to generate logo images on our behalf.
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery. Receives your email address to deliver receipts, notifications, and support messages.
  • Stripe — Payment processing. Handles all payment transactions securely. We never store your full payment details.
  • Vercel — Hosting, deployment, and analytics. Processes standard web request data including IP addresses and browser information.

Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their respective policies for details on how they handle your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and generated content for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and generated content from our active systems. Backup copies may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion to ensure data integrity and support disaster recovery, after which they are permanently removed. We may retain certain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you for analytical purposes.

When your data is transferred internationally, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses and equivalent protective measures, to maintain a level of data protection consistent with applicable laws.

8. Children's Privacy

LogoMint is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. 9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the address associated with your account) or through a prominent notice within the LogoMint platform prior to the changes taking effect.
